In July, we focused on making it easier for users to sign up with their preferred social media accounts, added support for read-only calendars, and implemented other improvements.

Support for read-only and subscription calendars from Google and Microsoft

You can now connect read-only and subscription calendars from Google and Microsoft to OneCal. Connecting read-only calendars is done the same way as connecting a normal calendar; simply click the Connect Calendar button and choose the provider to connect.

Note that these calendars can only be used as sources in the sync configurations because they are read-only.

Sync Shared Calendar

Read-only calendars can also be used in your Scheduling Links, but note that you can't add events to a read-only calendar, so they won't show in the "Add events to" section of a scheduling link. You can only use the read-only calendars to read availability from.

Sign in and Sign up with Microsoft

You can now sign up and sign in to OneCal with your Microsoft account.

Switch to Login with Google or Login with Outlook

In case you’re currently logging in with Google, you can easily switch your login method by connecting your Microsoft or Google Account.

Note that logging in with email will always be available, regardless of whether you choose Google or Outlook as your login method.
