SUB-PROCESSORS

This page lists the sub-processors that OneCal SHPK uses to deliver its services. A sub-processor is a third party that processes personal data on our behalf, under our instructions. A data processing agreement (DPA) is executed or accepted with every sub-processor listed below.
Where a sub-processor is established outside the European Economic Area, transfers of personal data rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) under Article 46 of the GDPR. Because OneCal SHPK is established in Albania (a country without an EU adequacy decision), EU-based sub-processors that transmit personal data back to us elect the SCCs on a processor-to-controller basis (Module 4).
